Hallway Feeds Return Policy

At Hallway Feeds, we are committed to providing quality products and outstanding customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to find a solution within the following guidelines. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There are exceptions to this policy noted below.

To start a return, you can contact us at anthony@hallwayfeeds.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Hallway Feeds, 251 W. Loudon Ave., Lexington, KY 40508.

Feed & Feed Samples
For the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products, all feed and feed samples are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because feed products are intended for animal consumption, we cannot accept returns once they have left our facility.

Supplements
Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Opened supplements are not eligible for return unless the product is determined to be defective, or there is a verified quality concern.

Merchandise
Merchandise, including apparel and promotional items, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Exchanges
To activate an exchange, first reach out to anthony@hallwayfeeds.com to determine if your purchase is eligible for an exchange. You will be required to ship your item to Hallway Feeds prior to any exchange items being shipped to you. 

Product Quality Concerns
If you believe you have received a defective product or have a concern about the quality of any Hallway Feeds product, please contact us immediately. Our team will promptly investigate the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Hallway Feeds reserves the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund or exchange and may deny returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
